Decree No. 75/2009 / ND-CP of September 10, 2009 of the Government on the amendment of Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008 / ND-CP dated 03 May 01, 2008, the Government defined functions and powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and rural Development;

Based Veterinary Ordinance 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005 / ND-CP of March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of some provisions of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine; Decree No. 119/2008 / ND-CP of November 28, 2008 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 33/2005 / ND-CP of March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;
